ReVolt Pro-S1 Battery Restoration System

ReVolt Pro-S1 restores useful power to a single dead or weak lead-acid automotive or 12-volt battery. It runs the same restoration technology used at ReVolt Battery Exchange, where it has processed more than 10,000 batteries.

What it fixes

Nearly every dead or weak battery falls into one of three conditions, covered in full on the technology page: it will not accept a charge, it will not hold a charge, or it runs weak under load. The Pro-S1 is built to address all three in most 12-volt lead-acid batteries between 1 and 100 pounds, typically within 4 to 40 hours.

How to use it

  1. Make sure the battery terminals are clean. If the battery is still in the vehicle, disconnect the negative terminal first.
  2. Attach the Pro-S1 leads to the positive and negative terminals.
  3. Start the Revive function from the front panel.
  4. Wait 4 to 40 hours for the unit to signal that the battery tested successfully or failed.
  5. If it tested successfully, load-test or use-test the battery before returning it to service. If it failed, either discard the battery or try the cycle again.

Pricing

The last pricing ReVolt Research published, current as of 2019 to 2021, listed the Pro-S1 at a retail price of $799, with a $649 introductory price. That has not been reconfirmed since, so it is not repeated here as a current figure. Contact ZTech4, LLC for current pricing.

Important safety information

Warning: read the manual before use. Physical harm or property loss may result from improper or unsafe use.

This is not a battery charger. A battery will charge as a side effect of the restoration process, but not as efficiently as a dedicated charger, and repeated use to simply charge a good battery can damage it. Use a separate charger for ordinary charging.

The Pro-S1 cannot repair every battery. It is tuned for 12-volt lead-acid batteries, AGM and flooded types, between 1 and 100 pounds. Outside that range, and on any battery whose case has broken open, whose cells have gone dry, or whose contaminants block the electrochemical process, there is nothing for it to restore.
